The cookies should be stored at room temperature. If you would like to enjoy these cookies later, you can store them in the freezer for up to three months. When you are ready to enjoy them, thaw the cookies by laying each one individually on a flat surface for at least two hours. When thawing, leave the cookies in their heat-sealed bag in order to ensure the integrity of the cookies' design and prevent color-bleeding.
